Return Policy

This policy pertains to purchases made from professorpocket.com. For purchases made through one of our online or retail store partners, please contact our retail partners directly for their return policies.

If a return is necessary, you must notify professorpocket.com within 30 days of purchase (60 days for international orders). Please contact Customer Care at care@professorpocket.com about your return.

Damaged/Defective Items:  If your CD is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care at care@professorpocket.com and we will be happy to mail you a replacement.

Returns: professorpocket.com will credit your payment for a returned item if it is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap) within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the item only. Please Note: Postage, handling and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns can take:
Up to 2-4 weeks to be processed during the normal year.
Up to 4-6 weeks to be processed during the holidays.

We will notify you via email of your credit or exchange.
professorpocket.com recommends that you send your returned items via an insured carrier. professorpocket.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If you have additional questions regarding your return, please contact our Customer Care Department at care@professorpocket.com
